About Disability Night Out

Disability Night Out is a national day of collective presence: on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m. local time, people with disabilities, their families, and allies dine out at restaurants across the country. There is no ticket and no RSVP: you pick a restaurant, bring your people, and go. Afterward, participants can rate their experience on the organization’s scorecard, so each night out adds to a real record of what restaurants can fix. It is a not-for-profit initiative of Disability 3.0, founded by architect and wheelchair rider Erick Mikiten.
